The Orchard Course

9th Hole

Pro's Tip

This is a tough par 4 that has destroyed many good scores. It is a tight driving hole with trees to the left and a hazard to the right. Assuming you avoid the trouble off the tee, you face a blind fairway wood or long iron to a well protected green. There is an orange marker in the distance as a guide, but you really should walk to the top of the hill and observe the pin placement on this large green to get a proper feel for the shot facing you. Pay particular attention to the large bunker guarding the left of the green and the pot bunker to the right. Avoid the sand at all costs as putting is tricky particularly if you are beyond the pin.
